Description:
T&M Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated Supervising Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental team based out of Columbus, Ohio. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of progressive experience with various Federal/State RCRA programs and regulations. Although this position is RCRA-focused, it will provide for a wide range of opportunities to support our various industrial clients. Advanced knowledge of RCRA permitting, waste characterization, generator compliance, regulatory interpretation, RCRA closure, RCRA corrective action, contingency plans, and RCRA audits is required. This position will allow for engagement with technical and project management.
The preferred location for this role is Ohio, however, for the right candidate, remote accommodations can be made. The role will require occasional travel to client sites.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or related field required.
- 15+ years of experience with Federal/State RCRA programs and regulations, primarily as a consultant.
- Additional experience and advanced knowledge in RCRA permitting, waste characterization, generator compliance, regulatory interpretation, RCRA closure, RCRA corrective action, contingency plans, and RCRA audits.
- Candidate is required to have strong experience in technical writing, proposals, project management, and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and with teams, as needed.
- Strong communication skills are required, with this role requiring interaction and communication with clients, regulators, and attorneys.
- Occasional travel may be required.
