Position Detail:
A facility in Cooperstown, NY is looking for a Med Surg/Tele RN with minimum 2 years of experience. BLS and ACLS required. Caregivers have the possibility of being floated to other facilities within the Bassett Healthcare Network. Candidates cannot be residents of Otsego county. Caregivers are expected to make up any missed shifts within same pay period or following pay period, with the exception of mandated medical quarantine or at managers discretion. Two or more missed shifts will result in termination. (Contract Updated: 08/28/2024)
Unit Details:
- Total beds 40-45 - 1:5 ratio - EPIC/Unity charting system - Level 2 trauma - Basic Life Support (BLS) required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. 2 years nursing experience required, one year of IP Surgical experience required. Will consider a highly qualified first time traveler. - Travelers cannot be resident of Otsego county. -Some floating between Bassett Healthcare Network facilities possible. COVID vaccine not required, if candidate is vaccinated documentation is required, if they are not vaccinated declination is required.
