Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovatively gather and analyze data from various parts of the business and across different departments, proposing new and efficient ways to do so.
• Creatively interpret data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights, telling compelling stories that push us toward future-focused decisions.
• Create and present dynamic, forward-thinking reports to department heads and management, translating complex data into bold, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with other analysts and departments to drive research efforts, proposing out-of-the-box, data-driven solutions to improve business processes.
• Play a key role in building new data frameworks, driving the development of fresh data gathering and analysis techniques that fit our growing needs.

Basic Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a Data Analyst, or relevant internship experience.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset, able to translate complex mathematical data into engaging, impactful reports.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Data Science, Statistical Analysis, or Microeconomics.
• Ability to turn data into stories, providing innovative, forward-thinking narratives that help drive decision-making.
