Ceribell, Inc. is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help us build out our data visualization platform, data infrastructure and other BI tools. You will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights through the development and maintenance of interactive Power BI dashboards. Your ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations will empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.

This is a hybrid role

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and deploy visually appealing and intuitive Power BI dashboards and other BI applications that provide key performance indicators and actionable insights for commercial and corporate team
  • Utilize Power BI's data modeling and transformation capabilities to prepare and cleanse data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for dashboard development.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater functionality and scalability
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to existing dashboards.
  • Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external sources.
  • Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or higher in related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis concepts.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing insightful dashboards (preferably Power BI)
  • Strong SQL Skills and strong understanding of Data Modeling
  • Experience developing custom ETL solutions using Python and SQL
  • Proficiency in DAX and Power Query
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus


A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan. Compensation Range

$113,000-$134,000 USD
