The candidate will be a part dynamic team that supports Enterprise Scale Infrastructure consisting of hybrid environment. Responsible for IT deliverables and operational management.

Job Description

- Possess and maintain in good standings recent certification related to the technology
Client operates (e.g., Microsoft certification (2017 or later) or relevant role-based
Microsoft certification, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, etc.)/
- At least three (3) years demonstrated technical experience managing a group of
technical, engineering, and/or scientific analysts. Demonstrate strong technical
knowledge and leadership.
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in performing operational roles similar
to the roles required for this contract.
- Demonstrated experience : providing technical support and guidance to project team
members.
- Demonstrated experience : designing and implementing the components required for
complex technical functions.
- Demonstrated experience: (1) Identify and assign priorities to complete assigned projects
as required in order to optimize schedules, budgets, and technical excellence; (2)
Establish and maintain status reports in order to show progress and problems to the
customer and to Company management; (3) Provide support to Advanced Program
personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business; (4) Ensures that effective
communication is established between teams and stakeholders for all initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience to oversee all technical operations, maintain professional
operations, ensure correct approach to completion of operational activities and tasks,
ensure no operations or services are degraded, ensure adequate coverage at all times,
implement and ensure best practices, advise staff on technical activities and
troubleshooting processes, provide advice and counsel on emerging technology. This is a
technical operational management requirement, not a project management requirement.
- Demonstrated experience administering technologies client operates.
- Enable opportunities for automation and execute it for infrastructure management, reporting, compliance management with use of various scripting languages, and latest technologies.
- Lead technology implementation efforts, validate implementation plans, security controls and compliance for existing and new implementations.
- Drive implementation/migration to cloud.
- Evaluate and Present new technologies and project implementation plan.
- Demonstrated experience administering/ Managing technologies including but not limited to following:
- Domain Controller Administration (Expert)
- Windows Server 2012 and later
- DNS, DHCP Management
- Group Policy Management
- SCCM Management
- Nutanix, Cohesity, Hyper V
- SQL, MySQL
- System Deployment - Windows, Linux, Mac
- SCOM, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services,
- Microsoft Intune, BigFix
- ServiceNow
- Tenable Nessus, McAfee EDR.
