- Lead and mentor a team of application developers and database engineers, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality software development.
- Design and oversee the architecture of software applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security are integrated into all phases of development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and design specifications.
- Review and optimize existing application architectures, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Implement application development standards, including coding guidelines, system integration approaches, and development lifecycle processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and provide strategic guidance to the development team on adopting new tools and frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in application development with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expertise in designing application architectures, particularly in web, cloud, or mobile environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development frameworks, such as .NET, Java, and modern database technologies.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of managing and developing technical teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
