Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive group-wide sales strategies to achieve sales goals and increase market share, with a focus on the unique needs of the Virginia market.
- Collaborate with General Managers at each dealership to set individual and group sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across dealerships.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to General Managers and sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Work with General Managers to ensure optimal staffing levels, training programs, and inventory management at each dealership, considering regional preferences and seasonality.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and community partners across Virginia.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team, with a focus on local and regional trends.
