VP, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description:

The VP, Financial Planning & Analysis will head the Company's FP&A group and be responsible for cash flow projections, capital activity proposals, JV relationship management, and annual property operating budgets for all portfolio properties and funds. This position will report to the SMD of Fund Management & Analytics.

Responsibilities:

ARGUS Cash Flow Projections

Maintain all fund, legacy, and JV property ARGUS cash flow projections on a quarterly basis in conjunction with the Fund Management & Analytics group.

Establish and oversee program to engage third party to update ARGUS files on a quarterly basis.

Implement Yardi/ARGUS Connector and XL4ADW.

Present recovery analytics to Property and Lease Accounting on a quarterly basis to review and update CTI recovery billings.

Capital Activity Proposals

Prepare short-term cash flow projections for all properties and funds by coordinating with Property Accounting, Construction, and Fund Management & Analytics groups.

Present quarterly proposed capital calls and distributions for each of the Company's funds to senior management.

JV Relationship Management

Serve as co-relationship manager for Company's JV entity.

Maintain ongoing property and JV cash flow projections as well as calculate various fee and waterfall metrics.

Propose monthly contributions and distributions into/out of the JV entities.

Prepare quarterly reports.

Perform other ad hoc analysis as needed.

Operating Budgets

Oversee annual property operating budget process by coordinating the creation of budgets with Property Accounting, Leasing, Construction, and Fund Management & Analytics groups.
