Description:
Objective: The planning, and maintenance of customer orders in the ERP system through order entry, work order
creation, scheduling and product shipment in accordance with customer demand and customer requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience scheduling in a manufacturing EDI/MRP/ERP environment

In-depth knowledge of EDI/ERP/MRP systems and structure
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage customer service activities for site manufacturing customers
Ensure EDI is properly received and processed in the ERP system
Ensure customer information including but not limited to orders and PO's are effectively maintained and managed
in the ERP system
Ensure customer communication occurs on a defined frequency to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and
reduce expedited freight
Supervision of customer service representative including establishment of goals/objectives/metrics
Evaluate customer demand and plan, organize and maintain a production schedule to meet customer requirements
Evaluate manufacturing capacity needs and work with the operations team to adjust as customer demand dictates
Collaborate with the purchasing and sales departments to communicate and resolve all demand changes, material
changes and material shortages
Communication of all known issues to other responsible departments/team members for resolution. Ex. customer
expedite requests, need for departmental over time in production, routing reduction or flattening, etc....
Be adaptable to changing customer requirements and establish reasonable ship dates for drop in orders
Participation in and execution of engineering change and CAPA elements required of production planning for issues
or changes being resolved
Communication of facility performance including customer provided scorecards and customer service metrics
Any other duties assigned by your manager to meet business need
Pay Range: $80,000- $95,000
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
