Location: FT. Moore, GA
Required Skills:
- 10 years of military experience with at least 5 years' experience in maneuver brigade combat team operations at the maneuver platoon and Company/Troop levels.
- A thorough understanding of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures of maneuver organizations.
- A thorough understanding of Army doctrine for maneuver organizations (Armor, Infantry, and/or Cavalry).
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to produce well-crafted reports; ability to work with DOTD, SMEs, and units to conduct research and resolve issues; ability to present complex information clearly; acute attention to detail; and enthusiasm and drive to develop doctrine and training strategies.
- Possess computer literacy skills with knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Army information and knowledge management systems.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a self-managing team; must be self-initiating, organized, and persistent; flexible and productive under pressure; effective as a team player; maintain positive working relationships; and ability to creatively approach challenges and projects.
- Retired Senior NCO or Branch Qualified O3 or above.
- Must have Bradley experience as PSG or Company CDR/BN S3.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years or more experience in a maneuver unit Master Gunner position as an Army Skills Identifier (ASI) trained Master Gunner (J3) Bradley Master Gunner or (K8) Abrams Master Gunner.

- Possess knowledge of TRADOC Regulation 25-36 The TRADOC Doctrine Publication Program and all regulations, publications, and manuals listed in Part 6 of this PWS.
Security Requirements:
- An active SECRET Clearance must be held throughout the life of the contract.
