Votre Impact :

• Dvelopper, structurer et mettre en uvre des architectures bases sur des modles d'IA gnrative de pointe, appliques aux dialogues, la saisie de destinations, la recherche, et divers autres domaines.
• Exploiter votre expertise pour optimiser efficacement l'utilisation des LLM travers le prompting ou l'ajustement fin, afin de les ajuster pour une prcision, une naturalit et des performances optimales.
• Mettre profit votre expertise pour optimiser l'utilisation des LLM via le prompting ou l'ajustement fin, en les ajustant pour garantir une prcision, une fluidit et des performances optimales.
• Collaborer troitement avec des quipes pluridisciplinaires composes de scientifiques des donnes, d'ingnieurs logiciels et d'experts. En comprenant leurs besoins, vous dvelopperez ensemble des solutions sur-mesure tirant parti de la puissance des LLM.
• Rechercher, innover et amliorer les modles existants en intgrant la puissance des LLM, garantissant ainsi des performances optimales mme sur des plateformes aux ressources limites.
• Rester la pointe des dernires avances, tendances et recherches dans les domaines de l'IA gnrative, des dialogues et du traitement du langage, en intgrant activement de nouvelles techniques, technologies et meilleures pratiques pour amliorer continuellement la performance globale de nos systmes.

Ce que vous apportez :

• Une vaste exprience et une matrise avre dans le dveloppement de Modles de Langue de Grande Taille, idalement lis de manire fluide des implmentations de dialogue, assistants virtuels, reconnaissance vocale automatique (ASR) ou synthse vocale (TTS).
• Un diplme de deuxime cycle ou suprieur (Ph.D. de prfrence) en informatique, ou un domaine connexe.
• Des comptences exceptionnelles en programmation Python, ainsi qu'une forte capacit implmenter des algorithmes complexes d'apprentissage automatique.
• Un esprit analytique, de solides comptences en rsolution de problmes et un esprit de collaboration, qui vous permettront de vous panouir dans notre environnement dynamique et innovant.

Your Impact :

• Architect, design, and implement architectures that use state-of-the-art generative AI models for dialog, destination entry, search and many other domains.
• Leverage your expertise to effectively optimize the use of LLMs through prompting or fine-tuning, shaping them for optimal accuracy, naturalness, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts. By understanding their requirements, you will collaboratively develop customized solutions that leverage the prowess of LLMs.
• Research, innovate and enhance existing models by integrating the power of LLMs, thereby ensuring optimal performance and speed even on resource-constrained platforms.
• Stay fully abreast of the latest advancements, trends, and research in the realms of generative AI, dialog and language modeling, actively incorporating new techniques, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the overall performance of our systems.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience and demonstrated mastery in developing Large Language Models, ideally relating them seamlessly with either Dialog implementations, Virtual Assistants, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) or Text-to-Speech (TTS) applications.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional programming skills in Python along with a strong ability to implement complex machine learning algorithms.
• Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative mindset, ensuring you can thrive within our fast-paced and innovative environment.
