JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President of Pricing to lead all global aspects of price determination, price simplification, pricing operations, and deal desk responsibilities. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping the global pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, aiding in new product introduction, and driving revenue growth through effective pricing practices.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and lead a world class pricing organization and own all aspects of price determination, price simplification, pricing operations and deal desk responsibilities.
2. Lead and manage pricing operations, including price setting, discounting policies, and pricing governance processes.
3. Serve as key business partner and thought leader to Markets, Product Leaders, Health Care Economics, Operations and F A to develop strategies to improve pricing realization, packaging strategies, revenue attribution and to drive better margin performance.
4. Drive pricing excellence through the implementation of best practices, tools, and methodologies and form an Executive Pricing Committee to enforce telemetry in strategic pricing decision making.
5. Partner with the F A team to evolve systems (SAP) and processes to ensure maximal impact of pricing processes and operations as company begins digital transformation.
6. Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in pricing AI and data offerings to inform pricing decisions.
7. Collaborate with Product, Operations and F A to drive better pricing realization and improve mix through various product and business model transformation initiatives.
8. Drive pricing excellence through the implementation of best practices, tools, and methodologies.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

JOB SCOPE: Incumbent works under minimal direction and uses independent judgment to help identify solutions, identify issues, trends problems and recommend action plans and evaluate results on projects that may not be clearly defined and are large in scope. Work is varied and complex, requiring the individual to use a broad range of knowledge gained through experience. The position works with internal and external sources to complete objectives, keeping the needs of external and internal customers as a priority when making decisions and acting.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $225-300K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required. MBA or advanced professional designation preferred.
* Experienced with pattern recognition of pricing opportunities with a minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles, preferably within healthcare, healthcare technology or a heavy data industry.
* Strong understanding of global markets, pricing dynamics, and key trends in pricing AI and data offerings.
* Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in pricing analytics tools and methodologies.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
* Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and develop talent through coaching and mentorship.
* Expertise in streamlining complex pricing structures and matrices to enhance clarity and ease of understanding for customers and internal stakeholders.
* Previous experience implementing pricing tools and systems to automate and standardize pricing processes.
* Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and recommendations to executive leadership.
