The Big Task

The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our sales team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, organized, and visionary leader who can bring out the best in their team and develop successful sales strategies.

Key Sub Tasks
  • Sales Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Create a positive and motivating team culture to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and objectives to drive revenue growth.
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and manage any issues or concerns effectively.
  • Sales Process Improvement:
    • Continuously improve sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
    • Implement a plan to streamline sales operations and enhance customer interactions.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
    • Utilize sales tools to track sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Training and Development:
    • Train new sales team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their targets.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the sales budget effectively, making strategic decisions to optimize resources.
