Job Responsibilities
Develop courtroom-focused A/V system design, implementations, and integration architecture and standards across the Judiciary
Assess the current A/V systems and recommend changes to the judiciary's A/V technology strategy, architectures, roadmaps, and blueprints
Write and document courtroom technology standards, recommendations, and implementation guides, as well as perform system testing and verification in addition to training
Ensure that the judiciary's courtroom technology is efficient, user-friendly, secure, compliant, and aligned with the judiciary's mission and objectives.

Required Skill/Qualifications

Technical Expertise:
Serve as SME for all audio and visual equipment technical aspects in a courtroom environment, including sound systems, video displays, control systems, evidence systems, and networking technologies technical research and assessment of courtroom technologies.
Maintain courtroom lab for demo, training, testing, and validation of a/v technologies and operations Perform A/V system testing and verification
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on courtroom technologies, configurations, and implementations
Provide Microsoft Windows scripting expertise

Courtroom Technology Design and Standards:
Develop audio and visual system architecture for courtroom environments
Create detailed plans and specifications for system layouts, equipment placements, and integrations Create installation and configuration guides for courtroom technologies
Create and maintain standards for audio and visual equipment and deployment in courtrooms
Review and assess external standards that apply to courtroom operations and technology.

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
