SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Allied Gallery is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader in the luxury and volume stone industry to join our management team in a Co-Sales Management role, where you will work closely with our leadership team to achieve both short- and long-term goals. This new role focuses on expanding prospecting engagement with volume and custom home building accounts, enhancing sales coaching, and implementing fresh sales initiatives to drive team growth and success.

In this new role, you will collaborate with the leadership team to oversee sales policies, develop cohesive sales strategies, and improve sales prospecting efforts. Your primary focus will be to help drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies and supporting the team in achieving performance targets. Additionally, you will provide support in lead generation and enhance sales coaching to foster a high-performing team. Onboarding and new hire sales training will be key responsibilities, ensuring new team members are effectively integrated and aligned with company objectives.

Essential Functions:
  • Establish sales objectives and forecasts to meet budget goals, ensuring alignment with company-wide targets.
  • Expand prospecting engagement with volume and custom home building accounts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and new hire sales training to integrate new team members and align them with company goals.
  • Enhance sales coaching and support the development of the sales team to improve performance and exceed monthly targets.
  • Implement fresh sales initiatives and field sales strategies to grow the customer base and drive market competitiveness.
  • Help drive sales growth by optimizing price points and achieving target margins while staying current with market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize and implement company software systems to manage customer accounts, document actions, and track deadlines effectively.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate the sales force, ensuring high professional standards and effective performance management.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales policies, develop cohesive sales strategies, and enhance prospecting efforts.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates in generating leads and closing new deals.
  • Improve efficiency in sales reporting by reviewing and streamlining processes to better support strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TRAINING):

Preferred Education:

  • 4-year college degree in business or marketing preferred


Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including coaching and mentoring.
  • In-depth knowledge of the granite and stone industry, home building, and/or building supply industry is a must.

  • Flexible with the ability to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamics.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.


Work Environment:
This position will be performed both in an office environment, as well as in the offices of our customers. This position may also require you to visit job sites, suppliers, and warehouses.

Physical Demands:
This position may involve walking and/or standing for extended periods of time and lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Travel Required:
There will be extensive travel throughout the DFW metroplex required for this position.
