The Compensation range for this position is approximately $132,000 - $173,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Sr. Manager of Technical Services & Warranty, you will direct and guide technical service and warranty teams in pre-sales and/or post-sales HVACR technical support, including commissioning, installation, testing, maintenance, and warranty services to customers.
- Responsible for support of pre and post sales activities in terms of correctly applying the product portfolio.
- Responsible for customer technical support in setup, configuring, troubleshooting and operating products.
- Provide necessary training to sales group and customers on the features and proper use and application of product lines.
- May provide customer specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications.
- Provide warranty & technical support to Customers, contractors, Sales and Field Services through cases submitted via the HUB and Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the tech support, warranty, and audit functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, ensure effective processes as well support cohesiveness.
- Keep updated on regulation changes and requirements and ensure the team is trained and knowledgeable.
- Lead Salesforce and Hub enhancement projects to improve service levels and streamline processes.
- Full personnel management, budget and resource management responsibility for a team of Technical Support Engineers and Warranty Team members.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 8 years of related experience and at least 3 years of experience as a manager.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge.
- May require knowledge of custom control programming.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess persistent problem-solving skills.
- Requires expertise in leading teams to reach goals.
- This position requires the individual to demonstrate expertise with SAP, Excel, Salesforce, Enghouse, and the Microsoft suite of products include Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
