If so, we want to talk to you about an exciting Senior Capture Manager & Program Strategy opportunity that will drive Technica's growth strategy for the Air Force's BIM contract.
This position will establish and execute strategic and tactical plans for capturing and securing BIM task orders and growing Technica's footprint within the Air Force. The role will identify and qualify opportunities and structure winning teams among our partner vendors and subs along with finding other strategic partners that will enhance Technica's win rate. The successful candidate will have experience across the Air Force and other DoD accounts and will have led multiple successful captures, including through IDIQ task orders. You will assist in establishing the overall program strategy and may assume some program management responsibilities to ensure the overall success of the awarded BIM task orders.
Key Responsibilities
The position will be located in Dulles, VA working onsite. The position requirements will determine if a hybrid work schedule is possible with the final approved work schedule arrangement being determined by the hiring manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the capture process for the BIM contract opportunities
- Identify and secure key industry partners that support new business pursuits, as well as strategic subcontract opportunities aligned to Technica's technology and capabilities
- Conduct competitive assessments including Price-to-Win analysis and present to executive management
- Work with BD, Technology Solutions and Innovations teams to develop value propositions through program strategies, supporting business cases and project plans
- Develop early win strategies and evolve the strategy throughout the capture lifecycle
- Partner with the proposal team to develop winning proposals with a focus on strengths-based solutions development
- Strengthen key vendor, supplier and partner alliances and bring new products/solutions capability into the company's portfolio
- Gather market and competitor information to identify business trends and risks, and assess the position of Technica and how to improve our competitive posture
- Hold strategic discussions with customers on current and future mission needs and their pain points to shape opportunities
- Develop and manage the performance of subcontractor resources and agreements
- Coordinate, integrate, plan, and oversee tasks, functions, contractor administration and management, cost management, SLA, and reporting to the Government on activities under the contract
- This position may require travel of 10-20%

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience
- 12 years of overall experience in related fields with 5+ years of capture, business development, and/or customer relations experience
- Prior customer experience within the Air Force
- Proven successful DoD contract capture experience working the entire capture process, to include team building, developing win themes, procurement influence, and strategic positioning
- Proven ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to utilize critical thinking skills required to identify/shape opportunities and develop value propositions
- Proven current and active network of key customer stakeholders and decision makers within the Air Force and other branches of the DoD
- Proven ability to gather market intelligence and translate it into business strategy and executable plans
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
- Prior experience interacting and presenting to all levels of personnel - executive leadership, management, technical and administrative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
