Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Information Technology Manager is responsible for the daily management of the Information Technology department. This position will lead and guide the daily Information Technology core operations functions/initiatives including but not limited to provisioning computer equipment, performing administrative functions for all computer systems, reviewing computer network metrics, ensure compliance to all Information Technology bank policies and procedures, provide support functions to all business units, manage Information Technology related projects and provide tracking information on SLAs for Information Technology related vendors and recommending change where appropriate. In addition, this position is responsible for the supervision and oversight of the information technology platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the achievement of department production goals and key performance standards.
  • Provide supervision and management of the Information Technology team.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of policies and in the development of procedures and workflows.
  • Implements new systems and technologies aimed at improving efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
  • Responsible for the management of daily security operations.
  • Responsible for the implementation and ongoing testing of the Bank's BCP/DR plan
  • Serve as a member of the IT Steering Committee
  • Actively participates in all related internal and regulatory audits
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Information Technology
  • 5+ years of IT project/program management, PMP certification a plus
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Deadline oriented and able to complete assignments promptly
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration
  • Well organized and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytic skills
