Responsibilities

About the Opportunity
  • Join an established and growing practice of 2 Physicians and 4 APPs.
  • Hospital-employed, 100% outpatient. Hospitalist service offers strong consult, inpatient and direct admit support. Easy access to specialists. Dedicated referral center.
  • Protected admin time, 4.5-day work week.
  • System-wide urgent care clinics provide after-hours and weekend services to your patients. Walk-in convenience, strong and referral source.
  • Low volume call - phone only.
  • Epic EMR.

Qualifications

  • PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and possess NCCPA certification.
  • NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.
  • Advanced practice experience required; prefer 5+ years in primary care setting treating patients of all ages.
  • Strong diagnostic abilities, effective communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to a variety of clinical practices required.
  • Must have clean background and be licensed or eligible for licensure in NC.
