Who You Are:

As a Manager in Strategy Development, you will be supporting and leading multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle to implement cost savings with our clients. You demonstrate time management skills with the ability work multiple projects and meet deadlines. As the dynamic requirements of the client and project change, you are a proactive problem solver that possesses the ability to think outside the box to deliver results. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are detail oriented and take pride in the work that you produce. You will be working collaboratively with our internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain the project scope and schedule. Building relationships with clients' C-level leadership and key stakeholders is a necessity for success in this position. Objection handling and the ability to resolve complex situations is required.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide support on managers' portfolio of accounts
  • Assist with client data collection throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in client meetings via in-person and virtual
  • Prepare and present project documents by ensuring all content is accurate and client ready
  • Influence people and build strong relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Create and manage project management plans & artifacts
  • Supervise and support current projects with all team members to keep projects on track
  • Manage risks to the project; anticipate potential delays and initiates plans for risk mitigation
  • Execute to project objectives; obtain client approval and implement maximum cost savings opportunities
  • Maintain appropriate level of communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Build working knowledge of core expense areas that PRP manages for clients
  • Complete additional duties as required


Qualifications

What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years of applicable project management/coordinator experience
  • Background in management consulting preferred
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize/manage workload
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain effective relationships
  • High EQ, strong conflict management skills

The salary range for this position is: $86,950.00-140,000.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
