What would you be doing?
- Design, lead, and coach a new team to foster a culture of excellence in project delivery across all operating groups.
- Partner with FLINT's business development and marketing teams to strengthen and expand client relationships, driving the growth of environmental services in Ontario.
- Implement project control, risk management, procurement, contract management strategies, and execution tactics to achieve the organization's strategic goals.
- Drive safety, performance, and MD&A metrics on major projects, regularly reporting progress to the Executive Team.
- Lead the Environmental teams in conducting detailed monthly analyses of variances between actual performance and plan/forecast/target outcomes.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's or Master's in environmental sciences, engineering, or related field; eligible for professional designation.
- 10+ years in environmental consulting; 5+ years in operations leadership.
- Deep understanding of environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead and engage stakeholders; and inspire alignment with FLINT's values.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

- $164,100 - $199,200/Yr, your compensation will be based on your cumulative skills, education and work experience.
