Job Title: RN Clinical Nurse - Critical Care Job Specialty: Registered Nurse / Licensed - Inpatient Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day (6:45am - 7:15pm) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Experience with direct patient care preferred License: Registered Nurse (Single State) or Multi-state Compact Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS)- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: - Diploma from an accredited nursing program required- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred- Ability to read, write, and speak English- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills- Basic computer skills- Strong critical thinking and time management abilities Job Description: - Proactively work as a member of an interdisciplinary team ensuring high quality, safe patient care.- Execute the nursing process which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.- Deliver patient-centered care, considering the population-specific characteristics like age, gender, and disease with cultural sensitivity.- Partner with patients and their families for goal-oriented care setting and teaching.- Adhere to current clinical practice standards and ensure that care is delivered and documented effectively.- Foster teamwork and collaboration, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.- Participate in performance improvement and shared governance.- Mentor other nurses and contribute to the training of staff and students.- Promote evidence-based practice and participate in nursing research and performance improvement efforts.- Plan and provide care for patients across the continuum, developing protocols and procedures for best practice outcomes.- Support efficient utilization of resources in care delivery.This position requires an RN who is committed to excellence and continuous learning, with a passion for delivering exemplary care.
