Position Summary

The Director of Operations provides administration and supervision over daily operations of the facility, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Culinary.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises facility daily operations to include safety, operational budgeting
  • Responsible for building partnership with outside operations vendors.
  • Works with Group CEO on facility finance management, with the objective of exceeding facility budgeted program margin.
  • Provides daily oversight of program staff; monitors workflow, timeliness, quality of work, and adherence to state and program guidelines.
  • Supervises the Maintenance team & is responsible for high quality projects.
  • Covers various operational needs based on staff outages, including but not limited to culinary, maintenance, housekeeping.
  • Participates in ongoing compliance initiatives/ audits and executes remedies necessary to obtain high quality client care, facility safety and sanitation.
  • Monitors action plans for enhancing efficiency of existing projects and development site of expansion projects.
  • Supervises ongoing revision of procedures, protocols and processes to enhance compliance, marketability, and cost efficiency of deliverables.
  • Maintains ongoing collaborative relationships with referral sources and the PBH marketing staff members.
  • Performs any additional operational activities as requested or required by the Group CEO and/or the Director of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education/Licensing:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Experience:
  • Facilities operations experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience required.

Physical Requirements
  • Talking: Frequently conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, clearly, or quickly.
  • Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
  • Repetitive motion: Frequent and regular use of the wrists, hands, and fingers to make small movements such as typing or picking up small objects. Normal fine and gross motor control of fingers and hands.
  • Seeing: Visual acuteness necessary to prepare or inspect documents or other materials. Ability to accurately view computer monitors.
  • Physical: Frequent sitting, standing and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling up to 45 lbs. Occasional kneeling, stooping, and bending at the waist.
