Essential Job Functions:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for growth and profitability within MeriCal's retail segment, establishing the necessary infrastructure for success.
- Lead the development of disruptive marketing and sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve sales growth, with a focus on cost-effective customer acquisition and demand generation.
- Provide strategic commercial input for product development and business prioritization through thorough market and business analysis.
- Track and manage sales budgets and performance metrics, refining benchmarks to measure the sales team's success and using data to guide future growth decisions.
- Lead the evaluation and optimization of sales operations tools, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales infrastructure, ensuring team success, transparency, and execution.
- Identify growth opportunities through in-depth customer analytics and market insights, turning data into actionable strategies.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business conditions, aligning sales strategies with customer needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align core brand messaging, service positioning, and sales collateral for maximum market impact.
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers to drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of successful retail sales experience
- In-depth understanding of current retail priorities and market trends
- Proven sales management abilities and a passion for consultative selling
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- outstanding communication abilities and ability to generate excitement and commitment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
