The Technology & Data department is responsible for the delivery of enterprise technology, data and infrastructure services for HPS. The team is a trusted advisor and partner to the business and is constantly innovating and leveraging best practices in support of HPS continued growth.
Position DescriptionThe Technology & Data leadership team is seeking an experienced leader to act as the Product Owner for Clearwater Analytics, and to manage the delivery of technology solutions for key stakeholders within teams such as Accounting, Operations, Insurance Solutions, and various front office Investment teams. This individual will be driving and managing the successful execution of key implantation projects across the team relating to Clearwater Analytics. The role requires the individual to mobilize cross-functional teams towards agreed upon goals showcasing key benefits. The individual will be accountable for overseeing and reporting progress on the portfolio of initiatives monthly as part of internal monthly operating reviews. Furthermore, the individual will be assisting the leadership team on other key business initiatives. The role is based in our NY office.

Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Act as the technology Product Owner for Clearwater Analytics.
- Act as the project manager for a successful implementation of Clearwater Analytics throughout the firm, along with a portfolio with various other impactful projects, and driving scalable technological solutions for the firm while ensuring implementation plans for each project are on track.
- Develop and manage key relationships across Infrastructure teams such as Fund Accounting, Insurance Solutions Group, Investment Professionals and more
- Develop, evaluate and manage various external relationships with key vendors and consultants, while ensuring successful execution of agreed upon services.
- Lead a select set of high priority projects to completion by mobilizing a cross functional team
- Serve as point of contact to determine priority, resourcing and capacity planning for new projects
- In partnership with key stakeholders, develop a comprehensive technology roadmap relating to Clearwater to address key priorities, allowing for continued scale and growth.
- Conduct monthly project reviews with key stakeholders and the Technology Data leadership team
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in investment technology consulting and delivery (5-7 years), preferably within the Asset Management, Insurance, or Reinsurance industry
- Prior experience managing impactful technology implementation projects, successful implementation and/or management of Clearwater Analytics highly preferred
- Strong written and oral communication with an ability to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the details while conveying relevant facts to a senior audience.
- Prior experience in working with technologies used in the asset management space, ranging from portfolio management systems, deal pipeline systems, Power BI reporting and relevant analytics.
- Prior experience utilizing relevant systems such as Clearwater Analytics, Snowflake, Deal Cloud, Real Insight, MRI, Investran a plus.

- The comp range for this position is $175,000 - $215,000 but may vary based on various factors including job function, experience and geographic location. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
