Foxhound Federal, LLC has an immediate opening for a Full Lifecycle B&P Recruiter with a passion for making a difference and a strong desire to grow with us. This position is ideally suited for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person who is very passionate about being an integral part of a team and making a difference with our premier client. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5-8 years sourcing for Bid and Proposal Teams.
US Citizenship is a must have.
Experience sourcing/recruiting for cleared technical candidates up to TS/SCI with Polygraphs.
Sound knowledge of employment laws; EEO, FLSA, and OFCCP.
Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience is a plus)
Desired Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture.
Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in the Government proposal environment.
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes.
Experience with high volume sourcing
Strong work ethic and confidentiality is a must
AIRS certifications are highly desired
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essence

- Solid sourcing experience in the defense contracting arena for B&P teams
- Develop strong relationships and partner with the recruiting manager.
- Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Must be able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Will take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention and readiness of candidates to join the team post win.
