Job Description
Participate in design of and ensure implementation of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging programs that deliver high impact solutions to foster inclusion and create equitable work environments across DHL Supply Chain. Responsible for leading Culture & Inclusion programs, line management responsibility for Culture & Inclusion team, coaching and providing Culture & Inclusion expertise to multiple stakeholders at a global, regional and local level.

Job Description
Participate in design of and ensure implementation of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging programs that deliver high impact solutions to foster inclusion and create equitable work environments across DHL Supply Chain. Responsible for leading Culture & Inclusion programs, line management responsibility for Culture & Inclusion team, coaching and providing Culture & Inclusion expertise to multiple stakeholders at a global, regional and local level.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to strategy design and responsible for implementation with medium to long term results (2 years' or more)
- Stakeholder management and engagement cross-functionally, cross-regionally, cross-divisionally and with corporate Culture & Inclusion team
- Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex
- Participate in design of Culture & Inclusion strategy, including broad frameworks, organizational principles and solutions, in alignment with the Group strategy and vision
- Represent DSC in DHL Group Culture & Inclusion workstreams and projects, sharing DSC insights on key topics and processes and influencing group decisions
- Lead DSC specific Culture & Inclusion programs ensuring these are delivered on time, to budget and impact is measurable
- Develop highly sustainable (group wide and long term consistent) Culture & Inclusion programs, in line with business needs and industry trends, leveraging internal and external stakeholders expertise and capabilities
- Analyze and identify meaningful insights to address employees' feedback (EOS, GPTW, social listening) through recommending Culture & Inclusion initiatives that meet the needs of DSC's diverse colleagues
- Develop, measure and monitor progress on key Culture & Inclusion KPIs in line with business needs and external trends
- Coordinate Culture & Inclusion Strategy focus areas, with specific reference to assigned areas (Our Leadership & Our Communities)
- Design, develop and implement education and awareness programs aimed at DSC's Leadership population working closely with internal (and external) stakeholders
- Develop Our Communities strategic area, in line with business needs for talent acquisition and positioning DSC as an industry leader with reference to attracting and retaining diverse talent
- Continually monitor external Culture & Inclusion trends and make recommendations on how these may impact DSC's approach
- Deputise for Global Head of Culture & Inclusion at internal and external forums as appropriate
- Manage function budget, participating in plans and monitoring consistency to plan and discrepancies
- Manage key vendors in line with Culture & Inclusion strategy and within budget
- Line management responsibility for Culture & Inclusion team ensuring engagement, motivation, performance management, learning & development, etc.
- Coach Culture & Inclusion team, Culture & Inclusion Steering Group members on strategy both in terms of contents and process, and on business processes
- Promote Culture & Inclusion values and initiatives on internal and external communication channels
- Influence internal stakeholders outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with DSC's Culture & Inclusion Steering Group
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with key internal partners (e.g. Global Certified/L&D Team, Global Talent Management & Acquisition team, Corporate Language Service, Global Communication team, Global HR Programs & Performance team)
- Cooperate with and coordinate key 3rd parties e.g. external service providers, community partners, consultants
- Manage professionals with minimum supervision in assignments
Required Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Culture & Inclusion trends and related policies and legislations referred to any diversity dimensions and equal opportunities
- Working knowledge of key HR processes (TA, TM, Comp&Ben, HR Ops, HR Systems, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication)
Experience more than 6 years
- Topic leadership - good knowledge of Culture & Inclusion practices and trends
