Description:

StratusGrid is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology consulting, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and client management. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client
    organizations.
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored technology consulting solutions to prospective
    clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote StratusGrid and
    generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
    system.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
    within the technology consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and services, including software, hardware, and
    cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
