THE OPPORTUNITY:

As the E-Commerce Channel Marketing Manager, you will manage key channel partner digital marketing and merchandising efforts (including digital content & asset management and retail partners' digital advertising platforms) for the Room Air Conditioning product category. You will collaborate with the sales, product management, and brand teams to align KPIs and incorporate these through joint marketing plans while also collaborating with channel partners to ensure their marketing initiatives are aligned with LG and maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate possesses in-depth experience managing: (1) national retailer digital advertising platforms, (2) marketing plans, and (3) digital content/assets. You will require strong analytical and reporting skills to ensure that all investments are accountable to business outcomes and targeted ROI/performance KPIs.
Assist and support sales team and functional teams to maximize LGE's key accounts e-commerce sales performance
Create digital marketing and advertising plans with retail partners to drive awareness, consideration and conversion
Manage digital merchandising content (assets) for key retail partners
Understanding the unique requirements for each partner, identify, develop, and enhance best-in-class content
Understand the channel partners' digital capabilities and how they communicate with their consumer
Manage and oversee campaigns and analyze results to determine what was successful and what needs to be improved for the next campaign.
Work with Marketing/Creative for new asset development and requirements
Oversee channel partner data collection management systems
Execute digital strategy for product launches
Identify rapidly changing e-commerce trends and utilize findings to institute essential changes and updates
Set the necessary direction for change, and collaborate with relevant departments
Collaborate with sales and brand to align to KPIs and incorporate these through joint marketing plans
Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand the customer data and relevant 'interests' to optimize customer segmentation and outcomes
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 + years of experience in a digital marketing and/or e-commerce environment
  • Experience with national retailer advertising platforms
  • Experience with sales driven activities including media and marketing
  • Experience with competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing or strategy management consulting.
  • National retailer website/ecommerce merchandising experience to increase brand awareness to help achieve sales performance
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a digital marketing setting.
  • Value chain experience in a digital marketing environment/role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High levels of autonomy, and self-motivation.Ability to think creatively to identify problems and recommend solutions.
