About the job CMO
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Group Marketing & Communications Director will be primarily responsible for a) driving brand awareness, b) evolving the marketing strategy and c) coordinating operational marketing.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Focus on driving brand awareness, in particular in countries where brand recognition is low, with the ultimate aim of improving both demand generation and the employer brand
o Lead and grow a small group marketing team
o Drive the centralization of Webhelps PR function
o Ensure that sales and marketing work effectively together on an international basis to drive conversion of leads
o In conjunction with the CCO and other COMEX members, shape the global marketing strategy with a particular focus on Webhelps value proposition and on combining global and local marketing imperatives in a cohesive fashion
o In conjunction with sales, manage the channel and partner management functions
o Work to improve links between marketing and internal communications
o Facilitate knowledge sharing across the commercial organisation
o Support post-merger integration activity as Webhelp continues with inorganic growth initiatives (14 acquisitions over the last 4 years)

SKILLS
o A track record of success in building brands and/or raising a companys brand awareness
o Demonstrable experience of leading marketing functions in high growth, global businesses in the technology, business services and/or consulting sectors
o Past experience operating in decentralised organizational structures, with the ability to harmonize group marketing strategies with local marketing tactics and provide valuable support to local country leadership
o Advanced and flexible line management skills; you will be able to adapt your approach to markets/entities with different priorities, challenges and requirements in terms of support
o Fluent English and ideally French language skills are essential for this role
The role will be based in London, Paris or any other main European capital. There is likely
to be frequent travel between Webhelps major European offices, in particular Paris, with
occasional travel on a more global basis.
