The Bilingual Strategic Planning Analyst will conduct simple to moderately complex data analyses, with a strong focus on creating and customizing customer experiences. This role thrives in a collaborative environment and reports to the Strategy Planning Manager within the Customer Value Innovation department at LG Electronics Alabama, Inc.

Qualifications:
- Assist in developing strategic plans and assessing company performance
- Summarize on-going business development/issues from management meeting and escalate internal communication with responsible department/management
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc business reports for upper management, as well as company headquarters and other subsidiaries
- Facilitate internal meetings and maintain organizational KPI report and dashboard
- Work closely with all levels of management to identify strategic recommendations on how to optimize business plans, policies, and procedures
- Interpret different data sets to gather insight (sales, calls, repairs, digital contents, VOC, web intelligence, surveys & internal platform)
- Identify customer pain points through the customer journey to acquire and retain customers by delivering a frictionless experience
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate key tasks; gather/provide analytical data and other support to management.
- Perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, planning or other related fields
- 3+ years of professional work experience in fast-paced planning, project management or similar relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Korean): must be able to read and write Korean
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred - experience with Data Analytics tools (Power BI, Google Data studio or Tableau)
- Critical thinker with ability to "think on your feet" to manage challenging situations
