Description:

Manage all activities related to regional operations and technical services to provide the best product and services to our customers by performing assigned duties personally or through subordinates.

Highlights of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Creates an environment where work is conducted safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Establishes quality control standards along with cost control processes to ensure the company is providing the highest level of equipment possible while remaining profitable.
  • Ensures employees are appropriately trained in products and procedures.
  • Motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and make operational decisions within the scope of authority.
  • Professionally interact with customers, employees, and vendors with effective oral and written communication.
  • Collaborates with senior Leadership, Finance, Business Development, and Fleet Management to ensure strong financial management and performance.
  • 7+ years related experience and/or training in an operations role or equivalent combination of education and experience to substantiate a proven track record in managing a team of 5-10 people in a similar role, preferably related industry.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Project management, new business engagement, and customer retention skills.
  • Success in working in a customer-centric business.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Experience utilizing MS Office applications. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
