We are looking for a Director of Purchasing!
As the head of the Purchasing, Receiving, and Storeroom Department, oversee the daily operations to guarantee that all hotel departments have the necessary supplies to function efficiently.

- Stay informed about new and innovative products and collaborate with hotel management to identify cost-effective and high-quality options that meet our standards.
- Uphold the highest level of ethical conduct and transparency in dealings with vendors and ensure that contracts are awarded fairly and impartially.
- Reporting to the Director of Finance.
Requirements:
- College Education or Equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in luxury hotel purchasing
- Minimum of two years experience as Hotel Director of Purchasing
- Proficiency in purchasing and food and beverage control typically acquired through on-the-job training or professional certifications.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- In-depth knowledge of Four Seasons' internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Skills:
- Experienced hotel leader with a strong background in managing teams and operations.
- Possesses a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and a working knowledge of all hotel positions.
