Direct, organize and control the daily operations of the I&E team, ensuring that production goals and financial targets are being met. Establish and promote a culture that emphasizes compliance to safety and environmental standards, ensuring a safe and incident free workplace for employees, contractors, and the community. Evaluate, retain, and motivate human capital to ensure optimal team performance, by establishing and measuring against performance goals.

Here is how the Instrumentation & Electrical Superintendent role will impact our business:
Direct, organize and control the daily operations of the I&E team, ensuring that production goals and financial targets are being met. Establish and promote a culture that emphasizes compliance to safety and environmental standards, ensuring a safe and incident free workplace for employees, contractors, and the community. Evaluate, retain, and motivate human capital to ensure optimal team performance, by establishing and measuring against performance goals.
The I&E Superintendent responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the ICE Department, providing insight and guidance toward the achievement of I&E technical goals.
- Manage the operating and capital budget plans.
- Approve expenditures against AFE'd projects and execute capital projects in accordance with planned volumes and cost targets. Approve invoices and review discrepancies.
- Direct and control the ICE Department focusing on achieving cost and schedule targets.
- Procure materials in a credible manner to support department activities.
- When necessary, liaison with state and federal regulatory agencies on district-specific regulatory matters.
- Hire, retain and motivate human resources, including contract resources to achieve department -operating objectives.
- Monitor performance of employees and/or contractors, providing necessary feedback for improvement.
- Direct initiatives related to the improvement of safety and compliance activities necessary for optimal department performance.
- Establish standards and audit performance against standards to ensure compliance.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in a related field or industry.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Field Operations, including the management of operating and capital budgets.
- Experience in maximizing well performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to compile, check, and record information.
- Knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power Bi, Cygnet (Well Automation), , Other Internal Applications.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data where the objective is to identify problems and issues.
- Ability to analyze data where the objective is to supply information to others who will use it to develop recommendations and alternatives.
