As a Reliability Engineer, you will focus on ensuring the durability and performance of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. Your responsibilities will include conducting Mechanical Stress Tests, Shock/Drop/Vibration Testing, and performing Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points and improve product reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability strategies and drive continuous improvement in product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute mechanical stress tests, and shock/drop/vibration tests to assess product durability.
- Conduct Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA) to evaluate potential failure points and their impacts.
- Analyze test data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability improvements into product designs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on reliability test results and findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience with reliability testing and analysis methods.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
