RPA Architect

Must have skills* Proven information architecture skills, specifically related to Automation capabilities, along with thorough understanding of inter-relationships between interfaces Strong knowledge of RPA / AA Strong SQL database management and troubleshooting skills. Thorough understanding of core infrastructure (operating systems, web servers, mail servers, proxies, etc.) Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Enterprise servers (2008, 2012), IIS, Microsoft SQL 2008R2, 2012, 2014, Microsoft .NET development technologies, including Visual Studio 2012, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LINQ, WCF, Silverlight, AJAX, CAML,XML, XSLT, REST, and DOM. Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet deadlines and to complete time-sensitive projects as assigned Participate in pre-sales client workshops, provide solution architect /technical architect support to the teams in RFI/RFP process Analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy Develop Detail As Is Process Description - PDD (Process Description Document), Detail To Be Automated Process Description - SDD (Solution Design Document) Conduct RPA High Level Assessments Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop high level project plans for implementation projects Have exposure to wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team Provides continuous advice to RPA developers and Project Manager during project delivery Calculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process. Provide outputs for weekly due diligence updates with the client. Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process. Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development Evaluate business needs and user requirements across various departments Conduct requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems Participate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platforms Adopt Agile delivery methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture. Lead workshops for client education.
