This is a large impact role that demands someone who can excel in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Title: Golang/Python Backend Engineer

Duration: 1+ year

Location: Remote

Pay range: $80 -$ 100/hr

Responsibilities:

Development: Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Golang, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Microservices Architecture: Contribute to the design and development of microservices-based architecture, leveraging Golang for service implementation.

AWS Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. Utilize various AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and more.

Scalability and Performance: Optimize code and system architecture to meet performance and scalability requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Monitoring and Logging: Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to detect and troubleshoot issues proactively. Use AWS CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.

Security: Implement best practices for security in both code and infrastructure. Ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications:

Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Golang with a focus on building scalable and maintainable backend services.

Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure. AWS certification(s) is a plus.

Microservices: Solid understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.

Database Knowledge: Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.

CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Internationalisation Experience ( Preferrably shoud have worked with a team which has expanded products to different countries )
