MDM Director

- Business Partner from IT side to Business community
- Drive master data strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Drive MDM Roadmap, feature enhancement with prioritization
- Manage business expectation, escalation for MDM program.
- Strong Commercial Pharma Business & Data Management understanding.
- Understand & drive business benefit realization of MDM.
- Accountable for BAU supported by IT solution
- Escalation point from IT side.
Experience :
- Should have 15+ years of IT experience.
- Experience with leading large scale data management program. ( At least 3 end to end MDM project preferably with with Pharma customer)
- Played MDM Sr Architect, Platform Owner customer facing type of role
- Strong understanding of all relevant entities across Pharma value chain
- Strong understanding of Pharma business process
- Have participated in MDM strategy, assessment, roadmap, use case prioritization exercise
- Very good communication skill and proficient in talking in business & IT language w.r.t MDM process, best practices, standard & industry trends.
