10 + Years of experience

Necessary Skills

  • Experience in Web Forms (ASP.Net, HTML, HTML5, AJAX, CSS3, JavaScript,TypeScript) ,ASP.Net MVC,C#
  • Good knowledge of AngularJs,Angular 9+, jQuery,Ajax,Bootstrap
  • Strong experience working in Agile framework
  • Good knowledge of Microservices based architecture
  • Strong Experience working on large volume databases, Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/2016, Stored Procedure.
  • Deep expertise in Object Oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, Classic design patterns.
  • Experience in working with Version Control Tools like Github,etc
  • Experience in working on IIS Servers(Windows Servers 2012/2014/2016)
  • Hands On Experience in CICD tools like Jenkins,Liquibase,etc
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2013/2015/2017/2019, XML, JSON,SOAP/REST Web Services.
  • Experience on Cloud deployment and application management on Cloud
  • Expertise on application architecture and new tech services
  • Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Should have agile experience.


Desired Skills

  • Develop or modify moderately complex information systems documentation and conveys this information to technical team for translation into programming languages
  • Prior exposure to onsite-offshore working model

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Manage team metrics and work with the Jira administration team to define any customizations needed in support of those metrics.
  • Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct Code reviews and provide suggestions to the team
  • Help team to manage Git repository and plan Deploy activities
  • Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis


Generic Managerial Skills

  • Able to plan/track tasks/activities
  • Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
  • Act as the first point of contact for all user requests and issues received by the team and triage them accordingly.
  • Collect, review, analyze, prioritize, and manage system, reporting and user requirements from key stakeholders across disparate locations and time-zones.
  • Ensure that all demand enters the IT pipeline appropriately.
  • Maintain the team's Jira board, log all issues, document requests with sufficient detail to implement, route tickets to appropriate team members, and track all requests to completion.
