Experience Required

• Strong experience leading testing for medium to large scale integration or data migration projects
• Experience in Integration landscape involving Java applications and API testing
• Experience working in Agile framework and good understanding of agile concepts
• Experience in developing Project/Program level Test Strategy - covering the various dependencies, Data approach, Automation planning, Test Execution planning & other related activities
• Ability to understand the business capability and functions to build robust Test Strategy for Functional, Integration and regression testing
• Monitor and drive the automation first approach for test execution across functional and regression testing in Scrums
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environment and technologies.
• Ability to assess progress and prioritize assigned work.
• Ability to analyze highly complex customer requirements or business problems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish the Project level Test Strategy - covering the various dependencies, Data approach, Automation planning, Test Execution planning & other related activities
• Collaborate with the Business Teams - to understand the business capability and functions to build robust Test Scenarios for Functional and regression testing
• Work in sync with the Development/Scrum Team members to obtain the technical details of the application under change and perform suitable technical testing validations
• Participate in Code Reviews & recommend additional Unit/Functional test coverage as required
• Defect Triaging and analysis of the issue and closure of defects post test fixes
• Monitor and drive the automation first approach for test execution across functional and regression testing in Scrums
• Work along with the Integration Teams (BAT, E2E Integration Teams & PVS) and support them for any functional issues faced
• Management Reporting on the progress of the project and identify/project risks along with the mitigation approach for each of the identified risks.
• Coordinate Scrum level demos to the Product Owner and get the acceptance on time
