Roles & Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and securing new business opportunities (new logos).
- Sales Process Design: Design and institutionalize effective sales processes to optimize business development efforts.
- GTM Initiatives: Research, plan, and implement new go-to-market (GTM) strategies and initiatives.
- Lead Management: Close leads and manage them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and respond with tailored plans to meet those needs effectively.
- Solution Development: Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Strategic Planning: Think strategically to see the bigger picture, set objectives, and develop strategies to expand the business.
- Proposal Management: Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- RFP Management: Create, process, manage, and document multiple RFPs, RFQs, and POCs for clients.
- Goal Setting: Set goals for the business development team and devise strategies to achieve them.
- Industry Engagement: Identify and attend relevant conferences and industry events to network and stay informed.

- Market Intelligence: Thorough understanding of Market Analytics, Intelligence, and specific industry knowledge.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a similar role within the IT/Analytics/Consulting industry.
- Experience with advanced sales technologies and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in IT, Analytics, or Consulting companies.
