Business Analyst with Commercial Lending

Role: Lead BA- Commercial Lending

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Banking with a focus in Commercial Lending

Location: Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC

Role expectations / Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst / Product Owner for nCino implementation project
• Conduct business analysis, prepare stories / requirements, review and finalize requirements for Commercial Lending
• Coordinate with larger team and help understand requirements and provide clarifications.
• Create market analysis and point of views in consumer lending domain.
• Help with sales, prepare compelling proposals, and help practice leader with sales efforts.
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

Experience and Skill set.

• Strong Knowledge of Commercial Lending
• Worked as Product Owner and BA in Commercial Lending Domain
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Worked in Consulting firm and helped with market analysis, proposals.
• Prefer (not necessary) MBA with specialization in IT & Finance
• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
• Prior development experience is a plus.
