10years' experience in Managing Cisco Telecom Infrastructure - Manage CUCM Cisco Unified Communication Manager version 8 to 10.5 - Manage CUC Cisco Unity Connection version 8 to 10.5 - Manage IM&P Cisco Presence IM&P version 8 to 10.5 - Manage UCCX Cisco Unified Contact Center Express version 8 to 10.5 - Manage Cisco Prime Assurance/Provisioning - Knowledge on billinng platforms, recording services, operator consoles, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Expressway (MRA), SSO and VMWare virtualization. - Good knowledge of voice enabled routers configuration (28XXs, 38XXs, 29XXs and 39XXs).
