What You'll Do

Job Title: Change Management Specialist - Generative AI

Duration: Immediate Start - December 20, 2024 with potential for 2025

Location: Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking two experienced contractors to join our newly formed Tech Enablement & Innovation (TEI) team. This team is a critical component in ensuring that our organization captures the full value of our technological investments, particularly in enterprise-level Generative AI (GenAI) tooling. As part of this initiative, you will work on driving adoption, fostering innovation, and enhancing the overall technological fluency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities (stack ranked):
  • Proactive Engagement:
    • Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies to maximize tool utilization and feature adoption.
    • Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive support systems to ensure effective use of GenAI tools.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Build and maintain a vibrant community around GenAI tools through effective marketing and feedback loops.
    • Develop advocacy programs and identify key user groups to drive tool adoption and utilization.
  • Research & Development / Incubation:
    • Support the incubation of new ideas and prototypes by leveraging GenAI tools.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools are versatile and comprehensive.
    • Facilitate business analysis sessions, workshops, and hackathons to identify and solve key business problems.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze usage metrics to gauge the impact of tools and refine strategies accordingly.
    • Report on key performance indicators such as tool utilization rate, key feature usage, and employee satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with senior management and departmental champions to ensure strategic alignment.
    • Foster partnerships with key business units and external stakeholders to support GenAI enablement efforts.

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in organizational change management, technology enablement, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and their application in business environments.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring tools.
    • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean AI, Gemini and similar platforms.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Background in technology R&D or innovation incubation.
    • Familiarity with enterprise applications and their implementation in large organizations.
    • Strong understanding of AI & ML and their application in business environments.
