This is an office/hybrid position based out of our Louisville, KY office.

What the Role Is

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic business partner, responsible for managing and facilitating the recruitment process for the organization. In partnership with HR and internal leadership, this position will be a true talent advisor, guiding and influencing hiring teams through the end-to-end process, while ensuring a unique experience for candidates.

How You Will Spend Your Time?
  • Responsible for facilitating the full-life cycle recruiting process for assigned positions within the organization. Including but not limited to: Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Debriefs, Offer Recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships as a Talent Acquisition business partner with Hiring Managers at all levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate candidates through a selection process that incudes resume review, screening, behavioral based interviews, pre-employment screenings and independent judgment.
  • Consult with and make recommendations to Hiring Manager regarding final candidate selection
  • Extends and negotiates offers of employment, consulting with Director, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure proper placement of individuals within ranges.
  • Identify and utilize credible and productive social and professional networking sites to source and recruit candidates.
  • Responsible for managing the internship program, including university relations, creating and monitoring program budget, recruitment of students, development and facilitation of annual summer program, recruitment of students.
  • Consult with Director, Talent Acquisition to determine recruiting strategy, including sourcing of candidates, use of search firms, advertising through job boards or conducting confidential searches when needed.
  • Assist in development of employer brand initiatives to attract candidates.
  • Conduct domestic and international recruitment searches, in adherence with all applicable state, federal and international laws, and applicable professional standards.
  • Research and network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employee to build pipelines of qualified passive candidates.
  • Assist with the coordination and training of new team members, regarding best practices in recruitment.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through best practice recruiting techniques.
  • Provide candidates with information regarding company history, position, compensation, benefits, to ensure the candidate is well-informed.
  • Conduct all job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics.

Who You Are...
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment required, CPG experience preferred
  • Experience managing corporate internship program strongly preferred, including having established relationships with local universities
  • Expert knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, sourcing methods and media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), and regulatory compliance relating to recruitment and selection methods
  • Understanding importance of employer branding, and knowledge of how to leverage current technologies to increase attraction of qualified candidates.
  • Competent knowledge and understanding of HR policies and procedures, Federal and State employment laws and regulations regarding recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ability to work expeditiously, manage change, and demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
  • Professional presence, ability to engage with Hiring Managers and employees at all levels of the organization, and effectively network externally with industry connections and universities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business knowledge, and ability to work in fast paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products, Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP), and other computer systems
  • Desire to expand personal competencies and capabilities through training and education, keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.

Physical Requirements

While performing duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hand and fingers to handle or feel objects, use of computer, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
