Strong Engineering background on Electrical / Electro-mechanical / Industrial Engineering. Working experience on New Product Introductions. Working experience on Mfg. process control and tools. Able to understand, execute and manage Mfg. process flow and diagrams. Able to work on light soldering activities. Experienced in change management with respect to Mfg. process. Strong verbal and communication skills to co-ordinate among several team members and departments within Mfg. & Engg. Strong Project Management skills. Able to understand and work within a Matrix organization. Experienced in CAPEX projects. Experienced in LEAN manufacturing for factory process. Experienced in implementing process improvements in Mfg. Operations. Understand and hands-on experience on production floor planning. Experienced in creating plan roadmap, track and manage blueprints for product manufacturing.
