Bachelors in electronics with 5 years experience

Understand product requirements and develop certification strategies to meet those requirements

Create test plans and oversee and interpret the test. Interpret applicable safety/performance standards to the products

Participate in product development teams to ensure that global hazardous location and performance requirements are considered

Prepare technical justification and technical documents to demonstrate compliance to applicable standards

Interface with third-party certification agencies. Write and execute tests with standards and procedures

Previous experience in the design and certification of products used in hazardous locations, performance certifications and experience with hazardous location / performance standards PREFERRED

Must be able to work in safety and performance standards and evaluate as needed
