Desktop Integration Engineer

Ensure the reliability of endpoint productivity platform. Provide automation for Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 applications to deploy and maintain stable and effective desktop platform. Work closely with IT & helpdesk teams in identifying areas for automation to reduce support call volume and make IT operations consistent by automating repeated tasks by developing programs using Visual Studio .Net. Implement integration plans. Interface with testing teams to incorporate plans into the integration testing process. Perform troubleshooting for third tier incidents that require software and network forensic analysis, in close collaboration with other ITS teams. Work with vendors like Microsoft to escalate third tier issues. Documents detailed system specifications for the developed utilities. Expertise in Windows Active Directory Structure, Schema and Group Policies and Microsoft PKI Infrastructure Scripting skills for developing system utilities using PowerShell. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Initiative and resourcefulness in complex environments; flexibility and the ability to effectively prioritize conflicting demands in high-pressure and time-critical situations are essential.
