Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 10+ years experience in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), Integrations and Reporting
  • Must have Good experience in Implementing the Integrations to External Systems using workday Integration tools like Core Connector, Cloud Connectors for Benefits and Payroll, EIB and WD Studio
  • Extensively worked on HCM modules, specifically the Human Resources, Recruiting, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Payroll Interface
    • Must have experience in integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Third Party Payroll Connector (PICOF/PECI), Document Transforms and Workday Studio
    • Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)
  • Experience in configuring PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) Templates to send payroll data to ADP
  • Experience in building inbound Studio integrations using SOAP web services and also should have knowledge in developing API connector Integrations with external.
  • Expertise knowledge in using Workday Web services for inbound integrations
  • Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)
  • Pre and Post Production support for Recruiting and post production support for other HCM modules
  • Moving custom reports within different Workday application tenants and validated data for all tenants and also scheduled custom reports and developed Alerts for custom reports
  • Experience in BIRT report is must and also strong in Studio Integrations

Hands on Experience in PRISM
  • Execute changes to existing HR/Payroll business processes for migrating to Workday HCM system
  • Good understanding of HR Reporting and Analytics to design and develop the Workday Reports and setting up Workday Configurations
  • Well versed in building Advanced, Matrix and Composite custom reports and through understanding of Workday data sources
