Roles & Responsibilities
Generic Managerial Skills
- Experienced in the domain of Field Services - preferably in the ERP tools Oracle Field Service/Siebel.
- Subject matter expert (SME) from implementation knowledge of
- Configuring the system as per requirement gathering for execution of Field dispatch,
- Scheduling of field dispatching,
- Utilization of the workflow features,
- KPI reporting, integration with other tools through Middleware,
- Training of end users and documentation.
- Cut-over planning and execution should be an area of expertise -
- Majorly Conversion, configuration, and smoke-testing.
- Stakeholder management will play an important role to curb the requirements through a proper channel of maturity.
